  • fixed root cause of "NO healthy agents available" on every message — agents/config.js was reading .sources env vars before dotenv had loaded them (ES module import order), so AGENT_CONFIG was always empty regardless of valid API keys
  • agents/config.js now loads codex/.sources independently, same self-contained pattern as authGuard.js
  • boot log now states plainly whether .sources was found and how many values it loaded
