These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ZarKos Codex, built and operated by TuZhi Studio. By accessing or using ZarKos Codex, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

02Description of Service

ZarKos Codex is an AI chat application that lets you send messages, files, and images to receive AI-generated responses. It is available as a web app and as an installable Progressive Web App. Features, providers, and limits may change over time as the service is improved.

03Acceptable Use

When using ZarKos Codex, you agree not to:

• Use the service for anything illegal, or to generate content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes on someone else's rights.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, usage restrictions, or access controls, or interfere with the service's normal operation.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell access to the underlying AI proxy without authorization.
• Use the service to generate content that sexualizes minors, promotes violence, or facilitates the creation of weapons or malicious code.
• Misrepresent your identity to abuse or evade any usage limits.

We may suspend or restrict access for accounts or sessions that violate these terms.

04AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Responses from ZarKos Codex are generated by AI models and may contain mistakes, outdated information, or content that sounds confident but is inaccurate. AI-generated output is provided for informational purposes and should not be relied on as professional, legal, medical, or financial advice without independent verification.

You are responsible for how you use any content produced by ZarKos Codex.

05Third-Party Services

ZarKos Codex relies on third-party AI providers to generate responses. We select the provider used for each request automatically and do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or continued participation of any specific provider. Outages or changes on a provider's end may affect the service.

06Service Availability & Changes

We aim to keep ZarKos Codex available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. Features, request limits, and this service as a whole may be modified, paused, or discontinued at any time, with or without notice.

07Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

ZarKos Codex is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TuZhi Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including damages resulting from reliance on AI-generated content.

08Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to ZarKos Codex at any time if these Terms are violated, or if we discontinue the service. You may stop using ZarKos Codex at any time by simply no longer accessing it.

09Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless a different governing law is required by applicable mandatory consumer-protection rules in your jurisdiction.

10Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continuing to use ZarKos Codex after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
